Dr. Nita Ghosh

Post-doctoral Researcher

I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Miller group since October 2025. My research interests lie in understanding the nature of forces that guide energy flow in photofunctional systems; from novel quantum materials to light-responsive biological motifs. I am passionate about developing state-of-the-art spectroscopic, scattering, and imaging tools, aided by advanced data and image analyses pipelines, to resolve chemical dynamics at the fundamental timescales and lengthscales of Chemistry, thereby bridging the gap between structure and function. When I am not working in the lab, I love being out in the nature, reading, sketching, cracking poor jokes and indulge in overthinking!
